Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

CABBS Group provides digital training programmes, consultancy services, online learning products and live training events. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled under the terms below.


1. Digital Courses & Downloadable Products

Payments for online courses, downloadable resources and digital training materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.


2. Consultancy Services

Payments for consultancy, advisory support, proposal reviews, pricing support or one-to-one sessions are non-refundable once the service has commenced or work has been delivered.

If a booked session needs to be rearranged, reasonable notice should be provided.


3. Live Masterclass / Face-to-Face Training

Bookings for live training courses and masterclasses reserve a limited seat.

If you are unable to attend, your booking fee is non-refundable. However, subject to availability, your place may be transferred to a future course date.

Requests to transfer should be made as early as possible.


4. Corporate Training Programmes

Corporate bookings may be subject to separate written terms agreed at proposal or contract stage, including cancellation terms, rescheduling and delivery arrangements.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

CABBS Group may, at its discretion, consider refund or credit requests in genuine exceptional circumstances.
